Practices are designed to further fine tune areas of the individual game that often gets overlooked in a team setting. To be completely fair to clubs, there is not enough time in a short practice to focus on all the small individual details (especially during the winter with big numbers and a small space). Areas that are covered in our winter training involve, but are not limited to, speed and agility, balance and coordination, running form, passing and receiving techniques, striking, heading, 1v1 attacking and defending, attacking with more numbers 2v1 3v1 4v2, keeping possession, etc.
All training sessions end with playing or an activity that allows the players to apply the lesson of the night.
